Boxer Commercial Floors, LLC hereby warrants and guarantees the above referenced project to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship for a period of    ONE YEAR    from the date of Substantial Completion.  The installation is warranted by Boxer Commercial Floors, LLC and the materials are warranted by the manufacturer.
